Fresh Fruit and Veg

Fresh Organic Fruit and Vegetables

Organic, seasonal, local

Our fruit and vegetables are supplied by the wonderful Wayside Organics of Chichester. Wayside supply us with fresh seasonal salads and vegetables from their own organic-certified farm in West Sussex, and with out-of-season and exotic produce imported under their strict no-air freighting policy. We also stock organic sprouted beans, seeds and pulses including chick peas, mung beans, mixed lentils and alfalfa - all packed full of viatmins and general good-for-you-ness, supplied to us by Sunnyfields of Totton.

Affordable

We believe everyone should have access to healthy, organic fresh fruit and vegetables, so we keep an eye on prices and look out for bargains that we can pass on to our customers.

Low impact packaging

You won’t find any shrink-wrapped cucumbers or apples in polystyrene boxes at Rice Up! You can bring your own bags, use our brown paper bags that can be recycled or composted when you’re finished with them, or you can simply let your veg roll freely in your basket…
