Rice Up Wholefoods is Southampton’s independent wholefood grocery shop.

We are a workers co-operative. You can find us in the heart of Southampton’s City Centre, not far from the New Forest. We provide the local community with ethical, fair trade and affordable foods, in addition to environmentally friendly cleaning products and delicious ready made foods. Above all, we provide information to our customers about the ethics and sustainability of our products, and support co-operatives and other local businesses.

All our products are vegan, in addition to this, many are also Organic, Gluten Free, and Plastic free. Find everything you need for an ethical lifestyle under one roof.
